Building the future of talent — one experiment, one conversation, one career at a time.
I've spent over 20 years finding, building, and developing talent across industries. Now I'm channeling that same curiosity into AI: learning it, building with it, and helping others figure out what it means for their careers.
Talent leader, AI explorer, lifelong learner.
I didn't come to AI through a computer science degree or a tech startup. I came to it the same way I've approached everything in my career — I got curious.
For over two decades, I've worked in talent acquisition across a range of industries, companies, and roles. From high-volume recruiting to executive-level searches, I know how to find the right people for the right roles. I've built strong sourcing strategies, learned how to read a market, and spent my career matching people with opportunity.
Somewhere along the way, I started tinkering with AI tools — not because someone told me to, but because I wanted to see what was possible. What started as casual experimentation turned into real projects: a sourcing assistant that saves recruiters hours of work, a daily AI news digest I automate and curate, and a growing collection of "party tricks" that show people what AI can actually do when you stop being afraid of it.
I believe the best way to understand AI is to use it. Not to read about it, not to attend a webinar about it — to sit down, get your hands dirty, and build something. That's my approach, and it's what I want to help others do too.
When I'm not recruiting or experimenting with AI, my world revolves around the people I love. I'm a wife, a mom, and the kind of friend who shows up. Family and community are at the center of everything I do — they're the reason I care so much about helping people build careers that actually work for their lives. And when I need to recharge, you'll find me running, in a kickboxing class, lifting weights, or out on a paddleboard. I bring the same energy to all of it — show up, push yourself, learn something new.
The world of work is shifting fast. Some people are excited about it. A lot of people are scared. I'm here for both groups. Whether you're a recruiter trying to work smarter, a job seeker navigating an uncertain market, or someone facing a career pivot they didn't plan for — I want to be a practical, honest resource. No hype, no fear-mongering. Just real talk about what's changing, what you can do about it, and where to start.
Everything I know about AI, I taught myself. No formal program, no bootcamp — just curiosity, experimentation, and a willingness to break things. I started exploring Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, and Copilot, and kept pushing to see what I could build.
I learn by doing. These projects are how I explore what AI can do — and how it can make talent acquisition better for everyone.
Fun, accessible demonstrations that show what AI can really do. The demos that make people say "wait, it can do that?" — and then start imagining the possibilities.
